Google Maps API allows you to customize maps with your company logo, parking lots, restaurants, and pretty much anything else you can dream up. We’ve built custom Google Maps for several of our clients, and will use them as an example as we explain just how deep the map customization can go.

Our buddies over at Chaotic Moon are mobile strategy geniuses that have created some of the largest, and most successful, mobile products in the world. We have had the privilege of working with them in several capacities, one of which was creating a custom Google Map for their website.

They wanted a map with custom colors and custom map markers. This is what we created.

I am Second - Custom Google Map Search

I am Second is a movement meant to inspire people of all kinds to live for God and for others.They produce authentic video stories that provide insight into dealing with typical struggles of everyday living. I am Second created a community around these videos that spreads across the nation. They wanted to create a system that would allow members in each city to be able to find one another. We created a custom Google Map that would provide search results for these different groups based on specific criteria such as zip code, gender, type, and more.
